Differential Integrals

Rays after reflection perceive do my eyes,
In a process etched by the creator of breath!
But these limiting regulations I cease to understand,
When strikes me, the thought of man's definitive death!

The illusion of civilization pecks away at all reason,
The confines of society, barriers from sense!
Why is it there always a penalty for treason?
And a rope that pulls you down when you look beyond the fence!
Has the mind of man lost its reflex to instinct?
For never does it reject even the things that hurt!
A greed-driven being with ideals irrational,
To kill for hatred, destroy for progress and only then to sense revert!

Elusive are the equations I am forced to learn,
On bases built with naught but assumptions,
Not for knowledge but wisdom will I eternally yearn,
And cleanse myself of knowledge of ignorant presumptions!
So belligerent society in all it’s ignorance,
Believes it has discovered the essence of existence!
But clouded in mists of blackened smoke,
The smoke of egotism, and the inability of co-existence!

Why is it that always sense chooses with ease?
To abandon the weak minds of men in power,
It is because sense associates not with degeneracy,
But only with men who portray the constancy of stars!

The ways of men and the outcome of civilization,
Never strike even the softest chord in my mind,
Weren’t peace and co-existence the intention of progress?
But why is it all men wish for is with wealth to bind?

The minutes in my life never cease to wait,
Causing age in my heart, maturity in my mind,
But from the realm of this world I will soon escape,
And the path to the Elysian Towers set out to find!

The wisest of men know that to seek out for sense,
Is a hopeless task, like an attempt to kiss the sun!
For sense comes from within, from deep inside,
After refinement and processing, like thread being spun!

The world lives every hour like a minute,
Sleeping in a cloud, whose generosity is liberal,
But its deceitful nature is unknown to men,
Its senseless workings, like differential integrals!

Prisoner In Her Arms

Prisoner In Her Arms

Here I am breathing lightly
In the realm of the captivating sunrise,
Lost in an undying memory,
Below the bluest and cloudless of all skies!

So when breathless I stood in her startling presence,
The wind seemed to carry me along its way,
As I lost myself to the touch of her hand,
Feeling its gentle and comforting fray!
Then hold did she my heart in the air,
When she held me in her arms gentle and firm,
Her endearing voice that soothed my mind,
Her flawless smile on my heart had its authority affirmed!
Then the wind carried us through the skies,
As we lost ourselves to love’s enchanting charm!
And just then slowly did it strike my mind,
Of how I was naught but a prisoner in her arms!

Here I am breathing lightly,
In the realm of the vertical sun at noonday,
Lost in an undying memory,
Watching the bluest and cloudless skies turn gray!

Those eyes through which heaven looked at me,
And reminded me of the things that made me smile,
And the fragrance of her love that caressed my mind,
In times of hardness whispering, ‘Look into my eyes for a while’.
The words of her lips satisfied my thirst,
Like nectar from flowers of color bright and enchanting!
As we danced to the swaying tunes of the wind,
And the soundless songs that it had for us chanting!
Then my soul did she capture when my shoulder she held,
Whispering in my ear words of care and charm!
As her caring arms she gently tossed over my neck,
Forever and eternally will I be a prisoner in her arms!

Here I am breathing lightly,
In the realm of the red and fiery sunset,
Lost in an undying memory,
Of which never have will I an ounce of regret!
