Of all that gracefully swims,
In the world I often imagine,
A, certain grandeur holds me still
Breathless as the marvel edifice
Beyond winged perception,
Her dwelling-place a fantasy
My heart can skip more than rhythm,
Fair lady she conjures ecstasy
Her hair can dance with no wind,
A chaste glow circles her soul
I see her dream to no purpose,
With no know of all the hearts she stole
A conjurer of words she can drive
Beyond insanities of common dreams
The sweet day of encounter in my sleep,
When I saw her dancing by a stream
Men of old as well she cradled,
Gave bliss with a heartening phrase
Immortal her soul of egoless chastity,
Unnumbered as a guardian angel’s days
The lucidity of conscience is a gift,
But none that she cannot tune
She steals the day of another,
To sweeten thoughts noon to noon
I am a mere bearer of words,
An instrument that bears witness
To a heaven of truth and eternity,
And the fair lady that blesses my dearest dreams
Hope with me for a brighter morning,
Where men will do more than good
For I draw motive from fantasy,
A dreamer with a mind beneath a hood
She swims in my thoughts swirls in my dreams,
The lover of a better humanity
Though fantasy she, seems so real,
Lady Alina my friend, for eternity

Banished Children Of Eve
Eras of humanity that, have passed
The tales of blood tell us little.
The ways of the wind still unknown,
Drunken promises floating around
Lizards will rule the Earth again,
When greed and man have finally passed
But the rope of hope still mindfully hangs,
For the faithful banished children of Eve.
Souls for sale in Satan’s graveyard,
As hell feeds on the fear of man
Faith opposes not doubt but fear,
No market determines its priceless value
We stand fearful at the doorstep of eternity,
Blaming angels for the inherited curse
The fabric of hatred will soon be torn,
Salvation awaits the banished children of Eve
The cross that bore the blood of truth,
Witnessed a love beyond human measure
The eyes of Science that can see through walls,
But still not decipher the heart of man!
Can numbers create roses and words?
Or form the foundation of a great new hope?
We will dance with the happy winds of life,
The saved banished children of Eve!

The Wanderer
The wind takes a deceitful turn,
Somewhere by the side of the road,
Leading me to the queen of fate,
Seated in comfort in her eternal abode!
I pay her with more than my dying soul,
To choose the cross I always desired.
A cross of gold, a cross of roses,
Not this old wooden cross of which I am tired.
But gold was too heavy on my deformed shoulders,
And the thorns on roses tore at my flesh.
My mind could find no soul for refuge!
The spirit of sorrow in me refreshed!
In the one-eyed world, my damned fate,
Served as fodder for scavenging beasts,
My thoughts leaked down my drying skin,
Solace and comfort I could hope for the least!
These tears of fire, I treasure to cherish,
For they are dear to my two-piece heart!
Regret I befriend, repentance I cuddle,
They regain my soul, or at least a part.
I call on hope to be my companion,
And enter the faith of death and more.
The streams of love I find in the wind,
For I am a wanderer in this world’s corridors!

Screamjack's Top Ten Psychedelic Trance Albums
Well I wouldn't say these are the ten all time best but most definitely ten which I consider the best, you can say my favorite ten.
Please feel free to disagree....
10.) Astral Projection - Trust In Trance(1996)
This was without doubt a revolutionary piece of music in the Goa sub-genre. Avi Nissim and Lior Perlmutter showed the world what they could do with a few processors, a mixer and an unimaginable collection of ideas! The most uplifting atmospheres, perfectly layered basslines and sweetly seductive synths in trust in trance set of a nuclear bomb whose explosion has not stopped till today. People can fly was one of AP's classics that featured on this album and of course one of my favorite tracks of all time Kabalah. This album also features many of AP's other cherished tracks like 'The Feelings', 'Aurora Borealis' and 'Utopia'. Goatrance fans had great expectations after this masterpiece, however in my opinion neither 'Another World' nor 'Dancing Galaxy' could even come close to the unique wonder that this album was and still is! It holds a very special place in the hearts of all goa trancers.
9.) Hallucinogen - The Lone Deranger(1997)
I haven't included 'Twisted' on this list because of which many would disagree with me, however this was one of Simon Posford's works which I feel was more twisted and psychedelic than anything else. And to mention the tracks, 'Deranger', 'Demention', 'Trancespotter', 'Jiggle Of The Sphinx' and the unforgettable 'Gamma Goblins’ are definitely rated classics in my heart. Si's amazing tendency to include the most psychedelic basslines and synths had fueled this album with so much psyphoria its hard to get over even after a lifetime! The equipment available in the sound industry these days has advanced exponentially from what was available during the time of this album and to wonder how Simon could pull of something as amazing as this with the electronic equipment in the nineties is just mind-boggling, hats of Hallucinogen! This of course was the early days in Si's career and 'Twisted' and 'Lone Deranger' where only two of the treats released which would be followed up by some of Si's most magical works in his collaborations with Rajaram and Benji Vaughan.
8.) Infected Mushroom – Classical Mushroom
Well these guys need no introduction do they, Erez Eisen and Amit Duvdevani from Israel who’ve rocked the commercial electronic world in recent years had a time when they struck awe in the underground scene! Of course we all loathe the two-timing commercial bastards for the shit they’ve been releasing lately but there was a time when they came up with the spookiest, funniest craziest and fantastically wondrous music imaginable! Classical Mushroom was exactly what these guys could’ve built on, but they chose to switch to the cheesy commercial shit which followed after IM the supervisor. This album featured one of my favorite tracks ever, the classic ‘Mushi Mushi’. ‘The Missed Symphony’, ‘Dracul’, ‘The Shen’, ‘Nothing Comes Easy’ are the other wonders in this album. To be honest every track in this album is a classic. The spooky IM synths are very evident and their signature mushed up basslines are very present as well. This is truly classical IM! If only they chose this path over the crappy commercial shit they would’ve gone into the ‘Real Psytrance’ hall of fame forever!
7.) Shpongle – Are You Shpongled?(1998)
Shpongle! Oh wonderful shpongle, how sweetly you caress the untended corners of my wandering heart! Rajaram and Simon Posford shook the underground scene with this album, this classic, this wonder, this truly unique piece of art! The sweetest flute notes off the mind of rajaram and the twisted spook added by the legendary Hallucinogen! Monster Hit! Shpongle Spores! Divine Moments Of Truth! Shpongle Falls! Behind Closed Eyelids! All of them drove me crazy and they still do, this is perhaps the most unique music album you will ever find released in the nineties. The flute is layered with utmost perfection with those freaky basslines forged by Si’s mind and the vocals! The vocals! Amazing! Most of these vocals are pulled of Zero-G’s compilation titled ‘Deepest India’ and Shpongle have used these samples to the best possible extent. Listen to this album once, listen to it once more, give it another listen, and then ask yourself, Will I ever be free from Shpongleland?
6.) Psykovsky – Debut(2006)
This was the first of its kind in the dark/forest genre. A very unique album with an exceptionally unique flavor! Psykovsky is Vasily Markelov from Russia. I think music is best judged on two bases, first of course creativity and uniqueness followed by it’s compatibility with the common mind. Now the dark/forest genre is known to be very difficult to take in by listeners who are new to the genre, it generally takes five or six listens and in many cases more and of course an influenced mind to understand music in the genre but I found this album very different from other music in the genre. This music can be enjoyed by anybody. ‘Wishful Sinful’ is definitely one of my favorite dark tracks of all time and this album also contains other belters like ‘Pump the Spam’, ‘Indigo Child’ in a collaboration with fellow Russian Kindzadza and also unique remixes of Propaganda(Fungus Funk) and Kusluskan(Matutero) and more. I appreciate this album for its high compatibility with the general music mind, few tracks actually manage to find twisted melody which is very difficult to do in such a psychedelic genre. All praise to Vasily, this album will be remembered for a very long time!
5.) Khetzal – Corolle(2005)
This is new school Goa trance at its ultimate glory! After the tragic downfall of the genre in the 21st century all hope was lost when a certain ‘Suntrip Records’ from Belgium managed to find some very unique talent and give a new hope to Goa trance fans. This album was a classic, very unique again in its genre. From the fast paced ‘Ganesha Pramana’ to the soothing ‘Indian Attic’ to the lovely ‘Anamatha’, this album has all that a Goa trance fan desires. The Suntrip Records lineup of course includes the best Goa artists of the day who are Filteria, Radical Distortion, E-Mantra, Afgin, Ajna and more! But Khetzal has proved to be one of the toppers in that lineup alongside Filteria, ‘Ganesha Pramana’ plays over and over in my dreams, this song can build some seriously blissful euphoria inside you. Khetzal’s tracks are very perfectly layered, the production is top-notch and the music is straight out of the vaults of creativity! I will recommend this album to every psychedelic trance fan, its pure class! Khetzal is Matthieu Chamoux from France and of course this was his debut album which was completed with the amazing Suntrippers from Belgium!
4.) Shulman – Soundscapes And Modern Tales(2002)
Yaniv Shulman and Omri Harpaz from Israel had the courage enough to challenge Shpongle by actually coming up with an album which would give psybient fans a small redemption from the enthralling soul-capturing shpongleland! Yaniv’s flutes and some wonderful ethnic percussions with perfect mixing of very well thought of bass and psychedelic synths form the ingredients of this extremely delicious dish. From the spooky vocals in ‘Small Grey Creatures’ to the blissful temple chanting in ‘Elements’, this album makes an effort to explore the deepest wounds in your mind and heal them. This is psybient as good as it can get. The albums of Shulman that followed were very impressive but this remains their best till the day. My other favorites in this album are ‘First Came The Stars’ and ‘Avant Garden’. However I always least believed the closest challenge to Shpongle would come from Israel considering the fact that the Israel scene is always full-on obsessed. Either ways, this came as a shock and Shulman really surprised, great work!
3.) The Misted Muppet – From The Legend(2004)
This album was a break through in the full-on genre with numerous new elements and very spooky basslines. A lot of hard work must have been put into it. It was very disappointing that Dagan Israeli and Tal Hassidi didn’t do much after this album, they were truly legends in the making. This album is epic, from it’s sounds right down to the mood it injects into you this is truly epic! Every song in this album is a classic! ‘The Mist’, ‘Cat Visions’, the tricky ‘From The Legend’, ‘Machine Forest’ , ‘Toward the Castle’ and all the others are just brilliant! This album will leave you speechless and demented in a very nice way at the end of it! It can drive you to the cosmos while staying on the dancefloor and take your mind to the strangest of frequencies! The breaks and climaxes are very different from other full on albums. The morning style of full on has taken a really bashing in the last half decade most of the tracks sounding like they were teenage-pop driven, however this night style full on album really impressed! I pray every night these guys get back together and produce another album, my faith in them tells me they can never disappoint! Well done Misted Muppet, this album will remain a classic for eternity!
2.) Talpa – The Art Of Being Non
Talpa is Goran Juric from Serbia and this classic was released on Sundance Records. Definitely one of the best night-style full on psytrance albums in the history of electronic music! What I love most about the misted muppet album and this one is how perfectly they were conceptualized! The concept in this album is very much present and I leave it to your wandering mind to decipher! What I love about psychedelic trance music is how it can be conceptualized and the freedom to explore and experiment and Talpa took that freedom and explored to another level. Imagine flutes used in a night time album, strange eh? But let me assure you, Talpa is strange in the most beautiful way you can imagine! The flute in ‘First Ray Of Light’ and ‘Back to Dreaming’ is beyond this world, it will make sure your heart soars right up to heaven and come back down and have faith in me, I’m not the greatest fan of exaggeration. The tale told in ‘People are Animals’ is disturbing and the epic feel in ‘Dragon Tale’, ‘My Kingdom’ and ‘The Moon’ is unique and the spook in ‘Trust No Goblin’ is hilarious! This is an eternal classic, believe me, you will never regret falling in love with this album. I highly recommend this one and the misted muppet album to find a place in your collection, they are what can I say, cruel-sweetly psychedelic?
1.) Shpongle – Tales Of The Inexpressible(2001)
To ensure the fact that you are still lost after the brilliant preceding masterpiece, Si and Raj came up with this amazing piece of art, new, refreshing, and yes, very psychedelic! Si and Raj returned with a new spell, and this time there was definitely going to be no salvation from shpongleland! This album features some more of Shpongle’s best, ‘Around the world in a tea daze’, ‘Once Upon a sea of blissful awareness’, ‘Room 23’, ‘Dorset Perception’ and in my opinion Shpongle’s best till today, ‘Star Shpongled Banner’. The vocals get better, the instruments get more psychedelic, and Si and Raj just get crazier than ever expected, imagined or wondered! This is Shpongle land at its ultimate psychedelic splendor, beautiful, insane and twisted! The basslines are class, the synths are weird, the vocals are strange, the atmospheres are blissful and the climaxes are heaven, can you imagine better?
This is without doubt my favorite album of all time, what can I say, it was a life-changing experience! After this album, for the rest of my life I will always wait for a Shpongle album to be released, every minute, every second! ‘Ineffable Mysteries from Shpongle land’ was very different and actually very good, but definitely no match for this awe-inspiring piece of art! These guys have gained themselves the holy title, ‘Fathers Of Psybient’ in my heart and we can expect much more from them. The conceptual album ‘Nothing Lasts….. But Nothing is Lost’ based on Terrence Mackenna’s quote was very good stuff but again incomparable to ‘Tales Of The Inexpressible’. We can expect more from Shpongle and this belief revolves around what Rajaram keeps stating, ‘This is only the beginning of Shpongle’ every time they release a new album. This guy is closing in on sixty and not a single work of his shows any signs of decline!
Millions across the world have been shpongled and I do believe millions more will be in the years to come! Amazing work from the British producers! This is the best psybient album of all time without doubt and definitely my favorite psychedelic album considering all sub-genres! Well done Shpongle, my heart goes out to you guys!
Like I mentioned these are my ten favorite albums of all time and in no way am I going to put my foot down and say they are the ten best albums of all time. We all know what a vast genre Psychedelic Trance is and there is always new music out there waiting to be explored, that’s what I love about this genre. Anyways, I hope you found this review useful.

Micrograms To Angels
The clouds move outward,
The stars move inward,
The changing world is what I order it to be.
A damsel divine,
I create to be mine,
Micrograms to angels, my mind is set free!
The truth I define,
Change water to wine,
Transcending the limits of simple perception!
Faith is vital,
Doubt is fatal,
Micrograms to angels, strange thoughts in an eruption!
Redefine reality,
Fell the true vitality,
Of your presence in this beautiful world!
The colors are floating,
With a sparkling coating,
Comforting my heart till the truth is unfurled.
Travel the universe,
Till you feel the sting of insanity.
