The Legend Of Mr. Stoner

It was this lazy afternoon... I had two sticks and I was tripping on some really good trance and later some rock... I closed my eyes and found myself looking at it all....

twas naught but folklore, but the same it is no more!

The Legend Of Mr. Stoner

As the music builds behind,
The visions enter my mind,
Of a man on a pursuit of a pretty young girl
Let me tell you the story,
Of this young man so eerie,
The Legend of Mr. Stoner shall now be unfurled.

In a disc filled with lights,
Her dancing body a lusty sight,
His eyes fixed upon her, he closed in with nigh haste.
When she looked right at him,
His lusty feelings crossed their brim,
He raced towards her, her soft pleasant skin to taste.
Now at a beach, the approaching wave,
Surfing high on it, half-naked, so brave,
She came up to shore and gave him a twisted sweet smile.
Those perfect curves calling,
As he stared and started falling,
He craved for her flesh, wishing to have her least for a while.
Now in a sandy crude desert,
The pretty girl was in her blue skirt,
Mr. Stoner pried behind in desperation, wishing to have her
She treaded the burning dunes,
To the attention of him immune,
In his eyes caused the desert sands a painful deadly blur.
Now in a forest at autumn,
The sight of her called him,
As he raced down a path illuminated by the yellowed bright sunlight
Her pretty face ahead in the distance,
Lured him toward her with mighty persistence,
He reached her and held her hand, her divine beauty causing him a fright!
Her cheeks were at his lips,
Her beauty he cherished sip by sip,
Her breath caressed his lungs, immersing him in a trance
The trees began to sing,
And a happy mood they did bring,
In exquisite style, to the tune of the forest they began to dance.

‘Mary Jane is my name’,
Said the pretty young dame,
As she kissed him tenderly stroking his head
His eyes bloodshot,
As in the trance he was caught,
These ecstatic feelings caused his eyes, tears to shed.
And so lost they became,
The other’s desire they always tamed,
Tending to each other in times of happiness and blue!
Then mingle did they,
With the forest society everyday,
And the peace they shared with all brethren was the holiest act they would do!

Making love beneath trees,
When it was warm or in a cold breeze,
Till Mary Jane sprouted the first of all her fruit to come!
Cocaine he was named,
Soon to be glorified and famed,
By all the dwellers of the forest, who in sadness and glum!
Then came heroin,
A being of a unique kin,
Spreading peace and the joy of intoxicated life,
And then came extacy,
The scourge of democracy,
Intoxicating the world, removing all sorts of strife!
Then came acid,
That made men lucid,
And showed them the path where sadness found no place,
Then came many more,
So goes the folklore,
Who spread peace of mind, and brought about several happy days!

Then Mr. Stoner took in his hand,
A huge log of wood from the sand,
And worked with it for days and days, maneuvering it, carving it,
Then strings he worked with too,
Toiling hard, looking for clues,
Finally forge did he that, which made all soul’s lit!
In his hand a guitar he held,
Its tones got his heart swelled,
He kissed it and stroked it as he showed it to Mary,
Then many more did they forge,
Collecting wood from the nearby gorge,
As everyone of the forest society of the instrument did become wary.
So then the Stoners made rock,
And about it the whole society talked,
Of how it was a portrayal of man’s very own soul,
Then more music the stoners made,
Making all grief slowly fade,
As the forest-dwellers chanted in their hearts, Rock And Roll!

And so the years passed by,
The stoners spreading peace and joy,
With their music and their love for all the forest-dwellers,
Then came the day,
When in front of a million they played,
Who had come to watch these musicians, these story-tellers!
Expertise with the strings,
A million hearts Mr. Stoner did sting,
As heroin let out his heart-capturing and enthralling voice,
Mary with her guitar,
Her solos unique and bizarre,
Cocaine on his drums, making the band beautifully poised.
Extacy on her keys,
With her notes that playfully teased,
The minds of the millions present that very day,
Acid on his strings,
The blessing of bass he did bring,
Notes that gave every song that little necessary fray!
And so they played and played,
And finally goodbye they bade,
As they bowed low in the midst of a fire spray!
And so vanish did they,
Never to be seen till today,
What happened of them is unbeknownst to all mankind,
But the legend ends not there,
Though the truth was never declared,
As the millions at the concert began to pour out their minds!

It is said that Mary Jane,
In a herb had herself contained,
Blessing the mind of all who used the herb!
Heroin and Cocaine,
In poppy had themselves contained,
Calming all minds which were hurt and disturbed!
Then acid and extacy
Who put minds in ecstasy,
Contained in man made material to spread peace in society,
And Mr. Stoner, old and great,
Forever wandering, his fate,
Entering the hearts of men, and instilling a sense of piety!
He keeps the mind of man intact,
Making him and nature interact,
Instilling the desire to inhale the fumes of Mary Jane’s grass!
And also desires similar to this,
To consume the others who spread bliss,
To help man destroy all sadness and grief, and to let it all pass!
